WildHearts Santa Runs
Kick off Christmas with WildHearts and take part in one of our fabulous festive fun runs in Aberdeen and Inverness!Since 2007 the WildHearts Santa Runs have become an annual festive fixture in Aberdeen and Inverness, attracting over a thousand participants and featuring on STV, Radio1 and in the local and national print media. Participants at both events are invited to run, jog or walk around the route with friends and family or as part of an office team, earning themselves the right to enjoy a guilt-free Christmas pudding! Children will be able to take part too – as WeeSantas – and enjoy being part of the festive fun with their families. Registration for adults includes a full Santa Suit, with WeeSantas receiving a special t-shirt and Santa hat. Plus, all participants receive a medal and goody bag.
The Aberdeen Santa Run begins at the home of Aberdeen FC, Pittodrie Stadium, and follows a 6km route along the city's beautiful beach front, finishing with a Santa-lap-of-honour around the pitch. In the Highland Capital, the 5k Santa Run takes participants along the River Ness and through the picturesque Ness Islands.
Entry to either Santa Run costs £15 for adults and includes a full Santa Suit (yours to keep), a medal and goody bag. Children take part for £10 and receive a special Wee Santa T-Shirt and Santa Hat instead of the Santa Suit, a medal and goody bag.
